  1. You’ve probably found the right instructor who knows she can push/challenge you to do more. Keep with your 5K shirt trend – it may have that good karma. My daughters, each one, have that lucky shirt for practice. 🙂

      haha, I love the lucky shirt idea. The one I’m wearing here could be considered that shirt. Hopefully that doesn’t mean it’s downhill from here!
